Show your support for data and growth in the nonprofit sector by participating in the Nonprofit Finance Fund's (NFF) fifth annual Outreach Survey! The survey takes about 10-15 minutes, and the results provide a snapshot of nonprofit statistics across the nation. The final report will be shared with nonprofits, funders, advocates, and news outlets across the country. The information will also be used to improve grantmaking practices, help shape conversations on the needs of the social sector, and provide a rich source of open data. The survey is only open until February 15th, so please be sure to take it soon!
This survey supports the hard work of the nonprofit sector by demonstrating how nonprofits are serving their communities, the change in demand for their services, how nonprofits receive support, and the general impact of the sector.
If you can spare a few minutes (and a few tweets), NFF has some fabulous resources to help you promote their survey on
your websites, blogs, and social media outlets. The larger the number of
participants, the higher the accuracy of the statistics. Though last year’s
4,600 is nothing to huff at, 10,000 would be exceptional. So, let's help them excel by providing NFF with solid data on our great work in the Southeast.

Nonprofits depend upon quality research to, among other things, increase their understanding, improve their operations and programs, and advance their public policy and public awareness initiatives.
